Perfect Ergonomics for Your Quality Inspection and Manufacturing

More Information Thanks to Innovative 3D Technology.

Digital 2D video microscopy is already a vast improvement on classic stereo microscopes thanks to better ergonomics. The clear view of the monitor ensures an upright sitting position, while the free work space guarantees a relaxed arm posture and enables the comfortable handling of tools and inspection objects.

With the innovative maXee® 3D, SAC goes one step further and offers its customers a video inspection system with three-dimensional visualization. The exact spatial structure of objects becomes visible – surface defects can be evaluated better, and real-time precision work can be performed much more precisely.

This makes evaluating the shape, position, and spatial orientation of structures much easier. Tools can be moved in connection and relation to the environment so they can immediately be applied to the correct spot. This does not only increase the precision in your quality inspection and manufacturing, it also saves you a lot of time.

All highlights at one glance:

  • Ergonomical workplace: A round back resulting from viewing the image through an eyepiece or a twisted upper body posture when viewing the monitor are a thing of the past.
  • High-resolution 3D image material makes fatigue-free working possible.
  • Magnification up to 30x
  • “No Latency” for highest work precision: Movements are displayed in the 3D image without latency. The real-time representation enables you to work significantly faster and more precisely.
  • Uncomplicated commissioning and simple, intuitive handling
Fast documentation of the work results e.g. for training purposes
  • The monitor image can be frozen and saved to an USB stick or directly in the network at all times.
  • The split-screen feature enables you to compare stored images with the current live image.
  • You can also easily record video or sound sequences.
  • Quality control, high-throughput visual inspection tasks.
  • Precision work, e.g. assembly of smallest components, connector assembly, solder joint inspection.
  •  Monitoring of spatial structures (crystallography, materials science, etc.)
